Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. It is up to the buyer of firearms to know and understand their federal, state and local laws governing firearms. Firearms manufactured after 1898 must be shipped to an FFL in your area. It is up to the buyer to make sure Five Star Auctions is provided with a shipping address and copy of the FFL where the firearm is to be shipped. Buyer will pay for transfer fees for their FFL and for shipping and insurance. There will be no transfer fee from Five Star Auctions.
