This Auction is being Conducted by Leonard Trading LLC SCAF 4221. By registering and or bidding in this auction you agree to the following:
The Auction Firm holds no liability to the opinions of the grades listed on the coin or comments. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. We reserve the right to add or delete items prior to the final hammer. The Auction firm shall not be held responsible for any 'missed' bids The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding and may reject a nominal advance, should it in his estimation prove injurious to the auction. The Auction firm shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. The winning bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the Auction firm for the collection of funds or disputes related to the lot in question. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month is added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Greenville County, South Carolina. All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all written, verbal or electronic statements.

A Buyers Premium of 16% is charged on all orders.
SHIPPING: Most items are eligible for Shipping. The bidder will be charged a $2.50 handling fee per item + actual shipping charges. Jewelry and coins are capped at a $10 Handling Fee. For example if you won 5 jewelry lots and 8 coin lots, you would pay actual shipping charges (we would combine in 1 box) + a $10.00 total Handling fee. We will invoice those separate from your Auction invoice.
Shipping will typically be done 7-10 business days after the conclusion of the auction. If you are out of state, your item will be shipped automatically unless you email me and advise otherwise. If you are an in-state winning bidder and would like your item shipped, please reply to your winning item email to advise immediately upon completion of the auction.
PAYMENT: Cash and online payment through the Proxibid invoice by Credit Card is accepted. For those paying with a card, please click the link on your emailed invoice following the auction. Cash is accepted for those picking up. Cash buyers will receive a 3% discount. There are no cards accepted in person.
**ALL cards on file will be run at 24 hours of the auction closing in the event card payment is still outstanding. Please note this auction is regulated under SC law. A bid is a contractual agreement to pay.
The bidder agrees to relinquish any claims of ownership after 7 days from the conclusion of the auction unless updated consideration is agreed upon by the Auction firm within the 7 day window. If an item has not been picked up, or claimed for shipping (instate bidders) by the winning bidder within 7 days of the the conclusion of the auction, the auction firm may choose to pursue any and all legal collection efforts. In lieu or additionally, the Auction firm may chose to take ownership back from the bidder of the items.
